Terms of Service

By accessing SupremeBeatz (“we”, “us”, or “our”) or purchasing a beat license, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or complete a purchase.

SupremeBeatz sells digital beat licenses for commercial and creative use as described on each product page. Each beat is priced individually ($29.99 – $999.00). Checkout is processed securely by Stripe.

Eligible purchases may include a 1-day free trial. Your payment method is collected at checkout. You will not be charged until the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Keeping the license after the trial authorizes the price shown at checkout for that beat.

After a completed purchase (or during an active paid license period), you receive a non-exclusive license to use the beat as described in the license guide for that product, unless an exclusive option is sold separately. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the underlying instrumental as your own production.

Credit to the producer / SupremeBeatz is required where noted on the license. Unauthorized commercial redistribution of stems or master files is prohibited.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, reverse engineer delivery systems, or use purchased files for unlawful content. We may suspend access for abuse or suspected fraud.

Site design, branding, catalog metadata, and producer compositions remain the property of SupremeBeatz and/or the respective rights holders. A license purchase does not transfer copyright ownership unless an exclusive buyout is explicitly agreed in writing.

The site and beats are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Previews are for evaluation; final creative results depend on your recording, mix, and release.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SupremeBeatz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or licensed beats. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
